Paul has a great affinity with the stories of life, of people, of Australia. His ability to record oral history across a range of mediums — written, spoken and film — enables him to capture stories that would otherwise be lost. It’s the same with family history. Whether it’s your story, the story of your parents, or the story of your grandparents, a recording from a family member is sure to be treasured by future generations.

Paul interviewed my 96-year-old mother and revealed things that I didn’t know about her — and she was more than happy to share those things. Paul has an inquisitive nature and draws out small but important details in one’s life without it ever being intrusive. The session with my Mum was like having a yarn over a cuppa … and Mum absolutely loved it. She passed away a few months after the interview, and I will be forever grateful that we captured her full and joyful life on video to share with her grandchildren and the generations to come.
